5 Hair Growth Tricks You Need to Know

Another must-try is a leave-in treatment specifically designed to promote hair growth. One of my favorites is a scalp serum enriched with peptides and antioxidants.

I’ve seen incredible results with these products, especially when paired with a good haircare routine. If you’re wondering “what is the best hair growth product?”, it really depends on your unique needs, but these ingredients are a great place to start.

Plus – a small tip – Ingredients in products are listed by their concentration—the ones present in the highest percentage are listed first, while those in trace amounts appear near the end. If you need a hair product with antioxidants and they’re listed near the end, it won’t be effective, as trace amounts aren’t enough to make a difference.

Additionally, supplements containing zinc, collagen, and Vitamin D can also promote growth and reduce shedding.

Massage this mixture into your scalp once or twice a week and leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing.

This easy, cost-effective solution is one of my favorite natural hair growth remedies, and clients who try it rave about the results. Not only does it promote growth, but it also keeps your hair soft, shiny, and deeply hydrated.

5. Prioritize Healthy Habits

Here’s the harsh truth, but a definite hair-growth trick. 

While products, tools, and treatments are essential, don’t forget the basics: healthy habits. 

Drinking plenty of water, eating a balanced diet rich in protein, and avoiding excessive heat styling can all help your hair grow faster and stronger.
